I'm considering investing in Canada landbanking. However, I had bad experiences before.

Can you share how you evaluate or perform Due Diligence on the Ontario projects managed distributed by WealthFoundation or GrandtagA2A?

After-note: After I left the showflat that day, the agent has been calling me every hour to inform me that the "choice" units that he has recommended were sold. Beside the high price, my other concern was that there are too many units in the project.

Yesterday, received a mass broadcast from some agent that a new freehold apartment will be launched in Robinson Road. It's infront of Lau Pa Sa. 1 Bed room is S$1.3m. est 500 sft.
