it is really not easy to understand though it is suppose to be very simple.

plenty books at popular & other bookstores, even online, youtubes....

u probably wud be like me thinking the conventional way of learning from beginning with basic like we learnt ABC from kindergarten.

but this young teacher told me throw away everything n just copy her notes n more like mentor me to feel it to help myself first.

Just some questions...

I totally agree that wealth is about serving more people and increasing value add to others...

But if the cause of the financial crisis is the financial industry itself and greed... then why do people working in the bank get paid so much?

I am not disagreeing with this fact that wealth is primarily the exchange of value.. however, sometimes this rule(or law) sometimes just doesnt make sense.. just why are bankers or doctors paid that much? because they save lives? or because they help people to make more money?

just trying to make sense of things..

the people in the bank are playing money game.

For instance, Goldman Sachs sell to clients CDO in year 2008 and yet, they were actually short-selling CDO at the same time. So their clients lose most of their money and Goldman Sachs made money at the expense of their clients.

Is this Wealth? This is just Money Game, and playing a Win/Lose Game.

Most people in the world play Win/Lose game. In school, we were taught to "beat" our classmates to be No. 1 in class. In Sports day, we were taught to "beat" our classmates to be No. 1 in Sports.

The schools teach us Win/Lose mentality and Winner takes it all, and loser standing small.

It is ALL wrong and is the teachings of Devil.

We have BEEN taught and blinded by Devil all this while. Time to wake up.

I hope you can wake up. I woke up and now I am getting Richer and at the same time doing good and making a difference to society.

In fact, the more people I serve, the Richer I become.

You can choose Win/Lose way to make money.

I choose to APPLY the Real Formula of Wealth to get Richer.

You have a choice. I made my choice.

Try to poke holes in this Real formula of Wealth, there is NO hole you can poke. It shows it is the Truth. I did NOT invent the Truth, I only learned the Truth. I'm NOT the first person to learn the Truth.

We can change the world from dog eat dog world to each person focusing on giving to each other, serving each other. Which Choice will make the World Hell, which choice will make the World a Better Place?

What you said that there is no accident in this world is true!

Sometime in May this year, I saw yr ad in the Sunday Times. The ad was rather small. However, I thought there is no harm to going for the preview. Guess, I was disillusioned with my stocks trading results. I had previously attended a 2.5 days Stock Trading Program and subscribed to the charting program. My trading results were still horrible after a few years!

As you said, when the student is ready, the Teacher will appear !

I have attended all your 3 seminars now.

Just to share with fellow graduates on my bad experiences in trading. I believe that stock trading can work only in a strong bull market. You can buy any stock and sell higher. In the current highly volatile markets, you can get whip sawed during the day. And if you follow the 8% cut loss, you wld have to cut loss.

We are small fish in the mkt, so are likely to be eaten by the sharks, invisible hands etc. Your method of using the 50 and 200 days MA is a very effective method of buying and selling stocks. It is simple and yet very effective ! Can help investors to avoid buying at market tops.

I attended the 3 Sep 2011 "How to Save & Accumulate One Million Dollars" seminar. You started talking about "Wealth", Secrets of Success, Mindset of the Poor and the Rich etc.

Your sharing of the meaning of wealth etc are very helpful, essential for anyone to become rich.

I also can understand yr CBA - Conceive, Believe, Action technique. Just to share that if we really want to achieve some goals, it all starts with a thought. Like what you say, keep thinking or writing what you want. Somehow your subconsious mind will send yr request to the universe. And the Universe will answer and grant your request.

I worked in the same job for 14 years as a Finance Manager for a SIN co. In the last 2 years, I was doing the Finance Director job as he was transferred to another related co. Then I was asked to report to the another Finance Director stationed in Malaysia which is a separate co. I was practically doing the FD job.

"Conceive" Step :
It started thinking why shld I be doing all the work and not getting paid for it. I started to save at least 6 mths of expenses as I was prepared to quit. The thoughts keep coming to me - Do I want to continue working in this position with this pay ?

If you want something very much, you can feel the emotions if you achieve it. If you want something very badly and am prepared to work for it, then you have a better chance of getting it.

"Believe" Step
You must believe and you will achieve. This is true.

The answer will come to your sub-conscious mind eventually ! Do not know how, but it will happen.

Can I do the Finance Director's job ? Various +ve and -ve thoughts keep coming to my mind.

Actually, I wanted more pay since I am doing the director's job. Why not get paid much more for doing the work ? I change the thought to "I am able to be the Finance Director since I am already doing the work". That FD in Malaysia was merely passing queries directly to me to handle.

"Action" Step
I was not going to continue working as a Manager. So, I tendered my resignation with my CEO. I have worked with him for 14 years so I know his thinking quite well. He asked for reasons for my resignation. To cut the story short, he asked what I want.

I said I wanted to be promoted to CFO or Finance Director. When he asked how much I want, I asked for a 50% increment. He asked me to take back my resignation letter and will let me know later.

My resignation period was 3 months.

After about 3 weeks, I got the promotion to Deputy Finance Director and the 50% increment !

I only trying to share with fellow graduates that the CBA works !

If there is some goals you want to achieve, you shld think deeply in why you want to achieve the goals etc

Dennis, you have achieved much in your life.

I want to thank you for your selfless sharings of your knowledge. You goal to set up a charity fund with 10,000 graduates contributing $10,000 each is really admirable !

thanks for sharing.

Despite me sharing many Personal Real Life examples of how CBA has worked for me, some seminar graduates still do NOT manage to have 100% Belief that it works.

So your sharing I hope will show to fellow seminar graduates that CBA really works.

To me, the Greatest reward of teaching is NOT the seminar fees I earn but is when seminar graduates such as yourself, share with me how my sharing has benefitted you...

To me, nothing beats the knowledge that I've made a difference to others.

Sometimes, my wife seeing that I'm very tired after whole day conducting a seminar, she would ask me why NOT I stop doing this so that I can have time for family and we can "retire", since we are already financially free and lead very simple life that we do NOT need to work and can just retire if we want to.

I share with her that I can't just retire and enjoy myself when I know that so many people in Singapore and the world needs to be financially educated and I don't do my part...

So, when I read messages like this I know that it is all worthwhile and I'm doing the right thing.

on 20 Sep 2011 graduates' gathering, I shared that I was very sad when my elder son (taking his PSLE this year) said that "papa, you didn't help me in PSLE..."

I felt so hurt when I heard it.

The next day one of my staff told my wife what I said...my wife in turn told my son...

That night my son came to me and told me that he's sorry, he actually even forget that he said something like this and he said he knows I love him but have to sacrifice most of my weekends to teach the public instead of him...

I hugged him and tears rolled down...I told him that to me, he and my family mean a lot to me and I was very sad when I heard his comments...we just hugged and I know that he knows that I cannot help him in PSLE not becos I love him any less than the public...

I know all the weekends I miss spending with my family will never come back again, especially when I see how fast children grow...but it is a conscious decision I make as I think I can no longer just live for myself or my family anymore, I have to do what needs to be done for the society (Financial Education), and if it is to be, it is up to me.

Every graduate definitely can see that you are selflessly educating the public with all your heart.

It's exhausting for you to speak 3 hrs every tues and thurs for PTFF. Weekends have to speak for 1 whole day. You could have just spend your time lazing on weekends or have outings with your family. But you DIDN'T.

I am thankful that I have met you and for you to impart your knowledge with no hold-back.

Yes, saw this awhile back & sort of understood it but didn't share out as people might feel this as being cynical.

But when i heard Dennis trying to deliver all these similar messages to the audience during the gathering on Tues, i can't help but felt how come it sounded so familiar & i know you are sporadically sharing all these without scripts.

Everything is indeed connected & it is not hard to see the blanket truth if we choose.

I believe most humans are being pre-programmed & re-programmed on a daily basis but we are just hallucinating that we are in total control.

I think more and more people will awaken and since we are awakened, we will do our part to awaken others. When people are ready, they will understand and grasp what we are sharing. If they are not, they probably think why is Dennis talking about things unrelated to stocks or property?

Everything is Energy, this is Scientifically proven as well. And the highest energy is probably Selfless Love or Pure and Unconditional Love, which are the same thing. Energy changes matter, this is Scientifically proven as well. So if everyone change to Selfless Love, our Thoughts, Behaviour and Actions will change accordingly, and all these definitely will change the physical environment around us and of course, ultimately the Earth and the future of Earth, including the earth's forests, rivers, seas and environment and thus can resolve the Global Climate Crisis.

The World we live in right now is a dog-eat-dog, selflish, each person for their own world...it's a 180 degree change, so who knows what CHANGE a 180 degree can change the WORLD?

人不为己，天诛地灭 (if humans are not selfish and think for oneself, sky and earth will destroy you, human being). Don't know who originate this saying, it seems so crazy, the universe didn't destroy good people such as Confucius or Mother Theresa. I think it is message by the Devil.

Hi Master:

Congrats your son is well taught! Guess such bond will activate him to become "zhuang yuan".

Two school of thoughts here:
1), your son has forgotten what he has said but you carry this sentence with you and lead to emotional burden unconsciously. This happen to many people in life. Sometimes people has forgotten what they said but we keep repeating and carry it in our thoughts. For issues that are more hard core it leads to unnecessary revenge, hard feelings, etc

2). We must learn to take things easy, talk to the party if the party is objective to clear things up. Else as long as our conscious is clear must learn not to carry what is said with us if it impacts us negatively.
Time should be better spent in many things in this life: with loved ones, shared with people that appreciate, etc

master Dennis, your emotion in the last seminar make the seminar a bit in low spirit that day towards the closing moments. Though I understand why you are so emotional, cause you want us to learn fast and don't fall into the the cycle of poverty. You want us to believe in 100 percent that we can fly.

Why we attend the seminar? Guess 90 percent of us want to know how to be rich perhaps in the shortest possible time. Cause most of us has commitment and bills to pay and most likely with not much savings thus opportunity fund could be a new terminology. Not many may appreciate the forum or educational process. Cause most would think "show me the money". Thus along the way some may drop. Cause we are in the instant noodle generation.

Frankly ever since the seminar, I have lost money instead of gain from the stock market.

But I truly appreciate the forum which taught very priceless lessons. I am still in the learning stage thus, and still trying to appreciate Dennis message "believe in 100 percent". I am not sure when I shall recover the losses and will my passion to keep acquiring the knowledge continue if I still have
not recovered. It is not easy for people who has fixed expenses monthly basing on a fixed monthly salary and not much opportunity fund. But I know we must believe we can fly! At times is ver contradicting.
