An indicator for the coming crisis

Interest Rate of Reserve Bank of Australia can be use as an indicator to show the incoming of the crisis.

When the AUD Interest rate shows the first sign of dropping, the economy also follow.

When the AUD Interest rate shows the first sign of increasing, the economy also follow.

Other than Australia drops its interest by 25 basis points on 1st Nov, I just realized that Brazil had also dropped its interest by 1% so far. What does that tell us?
