The rich, invest in Preferred Shares to be richer

Hi, after our dear Dennis left us, I found another Sifu who taught me about investing. And I begin to understand how the rich got filthy rich through investment in preferred shares in mining industrials rather than investing in common shares (Listed in Stock Exchange). Although preferred shares are mainly offered to big players as well as institutions, but there have been some opportunities opening up for average investor like us. Some of these companies may appear like scam or ponzi because of the great returns, actually after I have done my analysis and research, plus some related people's help in that industrial prove the whole thing otherwise.

I begin to see fruits in such investments and probably working towards this direction instead of just looking at Stock Exchange. Alot of people are saying 100%+ capital gain a year is not possible, and i dont see why is it so.

But at the end of the day, everyone has to pay their due diligence for their investment. I also thanks what Dennis has thought me, and I believe the new Sifu's timing is very right.
