Questionable Investments

Post by HappyHealthyWealthy »

Dear All

Today, I chanced upon this topic at Mr Tan Kin Lian's website. He wrote about investments such as land banking, gold and Investment-linked Policies (ILP). Yes, ILP is included in "questionable investment"!

Curious to know what the ex-chief of NTUC Income wrote about ILPs? Take a look here:

The slides are mostly in point form and easy to understand. It will just take a few minutes.

Cheers

Every expert has their own opinion; beside his/her knowledge on the product, I think the most important thing is experience as he/her had withnessed through the years.

I treat these experts as adviser or consultant. My experinces reveal that consultants may be wrong and their recommendations may not be practical and implement due to circumstances. At the end of day, I make the final decision.

So listen to Mr. TKL or Dennis? You decide...

Agreed!

Everyone should get hold of all the info and facts available to them and derive their own conclusion before making a decision. Just like in any investment......

At the end of the day, we can only be responsible for our own actions and decisions
