14 day free look
To cancel a policy within the free look period, written approval through email to the agent's office email address should suffice right?

Hi juxstapose,
You may want to call the insurer direct to confirm, different insurers have different procedures. From my understanding, normally I letter from the policy holder is required.
The agent only facilitates the admin process. Hope it helps.
