well, if you're worried about interest rates moving up, you can choose fixed rate packages instead. You can choose to fix rate for 1 year to up to 10 years.

don't worry....still WITH you...and will get a loan thru you lah!!!...after all the LATEST on these FBR thing...to me it really STINKS...I really , really , really want to go for the Fixed Rate package....so..can you give me a latest revised edition of your Recommendations??....please..and my developer...I think you already know who from our last conversation...doesn't require mre to apply for the bank loan till Jan 2007'...but I think I still want to get it done before the year is out.....thank you and will be waiting for your reply !
