Screening for stocks

Post by XLTan »

Hi,

I have a rather silly question. How do I get started on screening for undervalued counters, since there are hundreds of counters listed on the sgx?

As a beginner, I do read up on recommendation by analyst, but the downside is that by the time the counters get analysts' coverage, the value would have likely gone up by then.

Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks.

if you subscribe to shareinvestor.com (S$11 per month), I think they do have info on stocks with Lowest PE ratio, Lowest Price to Book Ratio etc, etc.
Cheers!
