Sorry to hear your plight. I believe your wine should be Chateau Ausone St Emilion. A quick search online shows Robert Parker rated the wine of 2007 at 94 which under their wine classification, should still be classified as a good vintage wine, though the higher the score will be better. I think they should have given you some details on your wine before you purchase them.
However, based on what I know, though I am not an expert, the wines needs to be held for at least 4-5 years and above before a person can really realise any gains. So perhaps need to give it a bit more time and see how it goes.
