it takes only 1 to 3 working days for us to help you or any other consumers out there to get Prior Bank Loan Approval.
Clients prefer to deal with us than directly with the bank because of the following reasons:
1. Our telephone at 6737 8801 is ALWAYS answered. If you call any bank, you're 100% guaranteed to hear this:"all our customer service officers are busy, your call is important to us, please hold on and we'll attend to you as soon as I can.
2. Our staff are trained in various aspects of Housing Loans, from pros and cons of different packages, to HDB, CPF and tax rules. When you talk to most bank officers and ask them questions regarding HDB, CPF rules and tax rules, you're likely to be asked to check out with the relevant authorities yourself.
3. Bank officers DO NOT like to handle Prior Loan Approval. This is because they have to meet high sales quota every month and NOT interested to deal with Prior Loan Approval whereby the client might NOT even buy a house eventually after approval is given.
For us, our MOTTO is putting clients' interest first. The only question we ask ourselves is this:"is it in the interest of the client to get Prior Bank Loan Approval?" "Are there risk of loan rejection after a person place Option Money and have to forfeit Option Money?
The answer to BOTH questions is YES. Thus, we provide this service and encourage clients to do so since it is in their interest to get Prior Bank Loan approval.
4. We save clients Time and Money.
many of our clients are Professionals, Middle and Higher Managers and even Bosses and CEOs. They place a high value on their time.
To them, it DOES NOT make sense to talk to 10 banks themselves and spend 2 hours or more doing so when they can call us and only spend 10 minutes of their time.

we have clients from all over the world. They TREASURE the convenience we provide.
For instance, someone living in U.S. or UK would have a big time difference with S'pore. If they want to talk to a bank during S'pore office hours, they have to do so late at night in U.S. or UK.
Whereas they can communicate with us easily via email for most of the information and they can just email or fax in their Housing Loan application anywhere in the world without NEED to be physically present in Singapore.
6. Last but not least, our comany is set up by myself and a director with combined experience of more than 26 years in bank financing. While most bank officers you talk to probably have 1 to 5 years of experience.
