iShares silver trust is a ETF, exchange traded fund, ie. a Unit Trust traded on stock exchange, it is denominated in US$ and traded on U.S. stock exchange, the biggest silver ETF in the world.

UOB Silver Saving account is a saving account offered by UOB, UOB may or may not hold any silver, it is just a promise by UOB to pay you money based on the price of silver they quoted to you.
