hi Dennis,

I'm considering investing in Canada landbanking. However, I had bad experiences before.

Can you share how you evaluate or perform Due Diligence on the Ontario projects managed distributed by WealthFoundation or GrandtagA2A?

thanks.

Hi richin,
Wealth Foundation is the distribution arm, the company involved is actually Grandtag A2A. I don't really perform due diligence on individual projects as frankly, how much do we know about each area in Canada.

When I invested, my main consideration is the team that started Grandtag A2A was instrumental in growing Walton massively (from year 2002 to year 2006)...and looking at their track record at Walton, I know they know their stuff.
Cheers!
