I had a query on HDB Loan Payment.
Currently, HDB Loan is deducted on a monthly basis ie $790 per month.
Is there any possibilities that the payment method can be change to 2 times per month, ie $385 on the 15th of the month, $385 on the 30th of the month?

Hopefully you can help to advise me on this issue.

Thanks and Regards,
Alex
My comments:
according to my understanding, HDB does not allow for such an arrangement. If in doubt, you can verify with HDB to make sure that the information I provide is correct.
Cheers!

Thanks, Dennis. In fact, I had attend twice of your seminar in two occasion, one at depot road and the other at Toa Payoh. It is a very good self-enrichment course towards personal financial planning. I would be the first one to buy your book if you have the spare time to write one
