My relative recently applied for a hospitalization plan from GE, but they refused to cover for a pre-existing medical condition which has not been bothering her for many years. She cancelled her application then tried Prudential who agreed to cover for the same condition. May I pls know:
1) is Prudential a better choice in this scenario?
2) is Prudential a reliable insurer in terms of medical claim payouts?

Hi Dragon,
unfortunately, I have no direct/indirect experience of Prudential medical insurance plans' claims to provide any comments.
Anyone else have any direct/indirect experience to share?
Cheers!
