I came across the website some time before. It offers a dividend stocks screener that is very useful. However, there are limitation as well. For example, the data are instantaneous. When the price drops or the company suddenly give out larger dividend, the yield become higher for that instance.

Notice that the dividend yield varies from the 2 websites:

For instance, dividend yield of

1) Suntec Reits is stated as 6.526% in reitdata.com but slightly higher yield of 7.0% in investmentmoats.com


2) Starhill Global reits is 5.826% in reitdata.com[/b]

but lower yield of 5.5% in investmentmoats.com

Below is link to the blog that shared how to attain average dividends of S$746 monthly from a 29 years old investor.

FTSE ST REIT index is a Benchmark Index, hence it is not tradable.
