Is this a good time for commercial or office units?

Hi Dennis,

I read from somewhere that prices of residential property is already quite high now. Base on the relative price chart, all types (HDB, condo and high end) residential is nearing 07 prices.

But commercial and office only just starting to pick up. So what do you think about picking up commercial (shops) or office at this point of time?
